IN FEAR OF LOSING his newly gained power as major of St. Peterburg, Vladimir Putin had to I-conceptualize how to resurrect Russia's, and thereby his glory.
With his plan A, Putin tried to I-conceptualizes his world as Russia’s president in the 11-workshop of global politics: In 2013, his support system consisted of 110 Kremlin-connected billionaires controlling 35% of Russia’s assets, having stripped defiant oligarchs such as Mikhail Khodorkovsky of their power together with some 110'000 independent entrepreneurs languishing in jail. On the people side, the median household wealth was just 871 US$, lower than that in India with 1040 US$ according to Karen Dawisha. In short, in terms of his plan A Putin has Tsar Quality, which shows also in the way he performs and how the state controlled media portray him. Although all this has so far been a failure for Russia and its people, it has been a rewarding victory for Putin’s clan over any opposition and attempts to limit their growing power and assets. Imagine the achievement of those 110 members of Putin’s elite, in view of a thousand times more they had to screw in jails, just like under the Tsar until 1917. Then enough, was enough for the people, on top of World War I and the interests of the other world powers. So in Russia today once more the rule of few men prevails over the rule of law allegedly in the service of many.

- Aware of this danger to plan A, Putin installed his plan B to maintain his plan A rather than to adapt it. Contrary Christoph Blocher, when in 2007 he was mobbed out of the Swiss Government, his plan A failed. He continued his duty again as a Swiss citizen, member of the highest authority, the Swiss sovereign up to initiating a successful popular against unlimited immigration which stressed Switzerland's relationship to the EU challenging its reframing accounting for Switzerland's plan B as a sovereign partner rather than falling into membership.

- But on Vladimir Putin's side, whoever appeals against his plan A even faintly like human rights organization such as "Memorial" (for the millions killed by Sowjet terror), or specifically the lawyer Sergei Magnitsky can be arrested and killed under Putin's way of his law's execution unlimited by any need for any political consensus, just supported by his psycho-political spin's effect on the disgraced Russian population. Even if Putin got ride of Magnitsky, his meticulous records of the lawlessness of the slavish bureaucracy against him remains after his murder with 450 criminal complaints against the violation of his human rights nagging at Putin’s plan B's Kleptocracy. And what did Putin do to restore his honor after having had to suppress so many people opposing his plan A to get dictatorial power?

Putin began to extend his plan B with a cowardly spin for war against the Ukraine, fought by his sympathizers in the Russian mentality dominated Ukraine and undermined by Russian agents up to the former corrupt President Viktor Yanukovych against which most people revolted. Meanwhile the war got the support by lawless Russian soldiers ruthlessly sacrificed as so-called volunteers. Putin's spin claims to thus protect people against the "fascist" Ukrainian army and the elected President Petro Poroschenko. Actually it is all about restoring Russia’s influence beginning with the illegal annexation of the Krim to gain better  geo-strategic cards against the feared US- encirclement of Russia! This dead end plan B of Putin in fear of losing his power, contrasts with the substantial politics of Blocher, in fear Switzerland would lose its sovereignty, after his plan A failed in 2007 aiming at strengthening Switzerland's substantial people's sovereignty against the EU surrounding it trying to enforce its terms on Switzerland - and that against the Swiss Classe Politiqué who prefers Putin's way of elitist mobbing to be able to play the EU geo-political game at the cost of the people spinned and sold a dumb, e.g. by the dead end way of OPTION I...

Peter Pomerantsev helps grasping Putin's plans A and B in "Nothing is true and Everything is possible" after having had nine years of first-hand experience of the brilliantly cynical way Putin’s state media cast their spell over the population. In addition to counter western sanctions, he uses Russia Today and Pravda  mainly to address the European useful idiots, who take everything for granted by which their left wing intellect can find some more arguments to backstab their own country' substance as a logical consequence of the prevailing nihilistic European philosophy. As in kindergarten, Putin's opponent Barack Obama is portrayed as mentally sick and vice versa, Vladimir Putin while in fact both suffer from OPTION I disorder. Similarly in Switzerland, the left wing intellectuals have already planned a party when Christoph Blocher is out of politics. Vladimir Putin [YouTube] just as Islamists is very well aware of this western degenerating spin prone receptiveness and thereby they despise the west for good reasons, up to ISIS beheading Christians. On the other hand, Barack despises Vladimir as a mere leader of a regional power, as he put ot provokingly, a bored school boy in view of his own global leadership. And all for both and others, as a justification to fall deeper into this devil’s circle.

Actually those substance less, seemingly well-meaning intellectuals who now spread Putin's spin, would be the first to be executed by the Russian secret police or by the ISIS, when they have served their purpose! Such revolutions eat their somehow still naive seemingly well meaning children! Thus Putin celebrates the so far most subtle "managed democracy", which in fact EU politicians would like to have too, as well as even a large part of Switzerland’s political class. In the latter case ,the Swiss people, the only country’s sovereign, are the stumbling block which the EU, helped by many, mainly left wing naive Swiss traitors (against capitalism, state, nation) to their country, tries to tame with spinning political trickery. For their plan B they all misuse language and institutions following the path philosophy has paved for them as their useful idiots to implement their nonsense. And all, under OPTION I in mass-attractive ways, pretending to work#1 for the people, individuals, framed as substance less. Following the trend, they use capitalist-democratic rhetoric to undermine their enemy’s elite, in authoritarian ways, e.g. with the black art for power games as usual since the Vatican globalized psycho-politics beyond the collapse of the Roman Empire, beginning with instrumentalizing Islam for following terrible western power game where at first East Rome was destroyed to leave the world to East Rome. The trick to get power over opponents is to sneak inside their ideologies up to the media and thus into their movements . They perpetuate such OPTION I plans B until the march of its sympathizers through institutions becomes politically correct, as did the intellectuals of the 1968 movement successfully. But mere copies as they are of deveptive masters they then render a country’s knowledge work ad absurdum, polarizing people, and making it impossible for them to believe anything anymore. That is meant to makes people give up their national identity in favor of multi-cultural globalization, in which no opponent of an evil system can gain a better image than what he or she opposes. Thus nobody can achieve sufficient mass-attractivity to overpower the most evil system, that with mass-attractivity as the measure of all things, for which Putin is just as well only a useful idiot as all leaders under OPTION I so far. So this global 11-workshop show of which Putin has came a major director just as 2015 in Minsk, simply entertains and distracts people from their OPTION II with constant, now global nightmares goes on, in Switzerland directed by Christoph Blocher. This is a preconditions, now already more and more self- propelled through the social media, for making global Leadership towards the "New Global Disorder" possible.

Among others, that brings forth a new generation of vampire children, who chat under the bed cover, when their parent’s generation still read books. Dreams of a better world are gone with the missed healthy sleep. In the Russian example, the media make Putin’s empire feel like an oligarchy in the morning, a democracy in the afternoon, a monarchy for dinner and a totalitarian nightmare for desert. Thus OPTION I's plan B is fulfilled, when most people have left all hopes for OPTION II go. And this triumphant cynicism seeps into weak spirits, above all, once more in the substance less Old European minds ridden by nihilistic philosophy. The flipside is the thus psycho-politically designed despair of letting all hope go for any OPTION II. And in that game Putin, like before him Stalin, Hitler, Mao & Co. simply play the bad cops among those, who thanks to a more successful economy can play good cops. But among themselves, they are all cops for their hidden agenda, yet all useful idiots lacking OPTION II; driven themselves to stay on top of OPTION I, they can no longer be responsible for the consequences of their plans A and B! And so the rat race speeds up with the next generation of plan A and B such as to save the EURO.

On the other hand, all this OPTION I thinking-catastrophes cry to heavens for a L3-reframing of our think-systems as long as  YOU and I, with our OPTION II for life- through task-fulfillment, each of us, can with two to three others, still be an effective corner stone for a truly desirable future! But beware, such are the stumbling blocks, which OPTION I wardens, the ruling elite, try to remove at all costs to pave their path to power after having removed their OPTION II at the onset of their careers, with as spiritual, mass-attractive suicide required with the neuro-linguistic initiation by, to please their peers in order to become qualified for the soul sucking world elite…
