What are real people here for, having so far messed up history and now increasingly the living space Earth? Among others, Putin exemplified this with his his X-being in a 22-palatial, demanding a SUBMISSIV manner, attempting to fulfill the Russian "soul" in an idealizing,  glorifying, personally-neutral#2 politics in the word outside himself. He thus tries to justify his inside-out rule of Russia up to using dictatorial and victim power in view of the lost status of Russia, reduced to a regional power after the Soviets lost the Cold War in the inter-national community.

In order to maintain OPTION I laws and its application, 22-palaces are wielding rather than as a shield for real human being’s lifefulfillment, as a sword of those on top of OPTION I, in Putin’s Russia for his governing elite, against conscious individuals who insist on their OPTION II beyond the elite’s driven OPTION I. Then a society no longer serves its members, but rather its rulers, in putting down any OPTION II attempts.

Eventually, government just serves itself no longer any of its members, recycling even its elites, to maintain its superior leader or such as in North Korea, the ruling family as in former kingdoms. And at last, at the height of his incompetence even the top leader is toppled by OPTION I’ superior leader, the zeitgeist. The typical onset of the unavoidable downward spiral begins with dividing OPTION II from OPTION I, so that the latter can rule the former.

Plan A begins with the h*X=8Cw quality of GENUINENESS, in politics for example with some h-nations' home concerned officer say a lieutenant colonel promising to end rampant criminality by restoring order in establishing the dictatorship of the law, the peoples assumed X-essence. If that officer happens to be a former secret service member, then he knows how to create a sufficient crime scene in the minds of the majority of people to justify such a claim for his leadership with his plan A of law making and execution. If that secret service of which such a leader has emerged, has suffered a setback such as the KGB did in 1991 with a failed coup to restore the former "Evil Empire", then it is a small step for its disgraced member to unite to plot towards a renewed and much more deep rooted ideological, ethical and institutionalized revenge...

In past Soviet Russia it was Vladimir Putin who managed to emerge as the leader of the disgraced KGB elite in establishing command which now has actually resulted in an order which Karen Dawisha summed up as: "For my friends everything, for my enemies, the law!” in her book "Putin’s Kleptocracy". The typical result of such corrupt hierarchies under OPTION I, as is now in Russia is in fact a criminal state by design in order to maintain its few positions of power! Where that endeavor becomes the first priority, it continuous to cement its regime by default. That asks for the media to come up with the spin to keep people within the jurisdiction of such an OPTION I regime peacefully following its elite’s orders, and other countries believing they deal with a failed democracy so that it’s actual dictator can exert victim power even against outsiders not under his laws. Then he becomes able to substitute his unavoidable inner, first of all economic failures, by extending his authoritarian project beyond his countries border.

When Plan A is threatened to fail, then L2-timely exchange of project-oriented competence becomes a must, substanceless under OPTION I, a dead end, in competitive business a usual, with OPTION II, towards restoring life- through task-fulfillment, genuinely towards LifeFulfilling Platforms. Both options are available for all real human beings such as Vladimir and Christoph. Check for yourself how they do based on their same input-inner state resources:

In Putin’s case, follow this h>X plan A Putin's regime spread its tentacles  globally beginning through ties with organized crime and now via its convinced useful idiots puppets and betrayers in other countries, through their parties. He is thus nationalizing and extending the risks of the distorting the real h>X fulfillment with his corrupt plan A by undermining other countries, and privatizing the rewards for the inner circle of the regime in return for their loyalty. And that requires an ongoing expansion of his sphere of influence to compensate the unavoidable inner losses caused by such corruption by cannibalizing the to be weakened rest of the world.

To project it’s power beyond ones "Lebensraum", ones territory in which ones power applies legally, to maintain the capability of sucking others was what Adolf Hitler expressed explicitly. And when people identify which such causes like Putin who after his divorce declared that he is now married with Russia, usually lead to war, in our time it can end in global cannibalization beyond the point of no return! Since so far the USA have been leading the trend, Putin has learnt to get his share by evoking his kind of victim power typical of second rate power and beneath, up to the cowardly, asymmetric warfare that Putin has began in the Ukraine, and similarly, the lower ranking Islamic State with its ultimate terror regime.

Plan A, having one’s desirable h-living space to X-be in it in lifefulfilling ways, is at best granted unconditionally to children or in the dream time of countries in their golden age. For Vladimir Putin that was so in his time in the KGB in the "Evil Empire" at the cost of the sucked mass of serfs, sold for stupid as under the tsars, now most people, globally under OPTION I.

Unlike Putin Blocher succeed in the Swiss economy with the turn around of major companies which would have otherwise ended very badly and has passed it on within a successful family. In 1991 he put Switzerland on a B3-path outside the EU and still fights to strengthen this country to retain the people's outstanding sovereignty. However, as a minister 2003-2007 he fail, ignoring how his enemies set out to mob him to maintain their corrupt OPTION I regime.
