major ways The Facts of Life Even as all knowing examples of homo sapiens, Life confronts us with 3 major stumbling blocks over which you can fall in the world, and with 3 corner stones pointing pointing to Life- through Task-Fulfillment. Therefore mental health, in terms of what you can really do for it yourself, requires 3 negative and 3 positive decisions as appropriate for an individual homo sapiens sapiens; a real human being who knows the meaning of what he or she knows based on understanding what it means in view of who he or she really is. So here is the The bad news first; the 3 stumbling blocks that require from you the 3 following, personally relevant#3 NOs to OPTION I:
1.1 NO to the /schizophrenia/ of trying to serve "God
and Mammon", that is Option_ii and
OPTION I, thereby losing your
§3-integrity
by "selling
This is like the free radicals coming from junk food that corrupt the cells in your body, or the entropy (disorder) which increases in closed systems, also those of wordy, denotational philosophy. And this is what God pointed out in the Old Testament as warnings, with wrath, for people under the spell of OPTION I, but even now after all we can know, for most people still in vain...
1.2 NO to the [paranoia], to the
default exit for schizophrenia
of "wanting the cake
and eat it". Thus socialists
on the left aiming for their fiefdom in

Lacking that transfer is like the lack of hemoglobin in the red blood cells and thereby a lack of oxygen transport, keeping vitality down, which shows with paleness. And that is why Jesus left us the Holy Spirit, to comfort und guide us to fulfill our lives, not merely philosophically in his name, but tuning in to God's substance in each of us as he did, "Son of Men" and "Son of God", and beyond the OPTION I world misled by inner and outer evil voices. Please check the Bible in John 14:12; a message even beyond what most churches are open for to even mention... In short, under OPTION I' schizophrenia, people want to be enthused and then they become manic in mass-psychosis. And that can be best aroused by paranoid trend speakers, bestsellers and leaders; to mention two extremes, Adolf Hitler and Michael Jackson. In that aroused state, people get the only "self-esteem" still available, to be less depressive than others, and so they make each other first over -enthusiastic and then depressive such as in drinking and other orgies. Of course when a prophet intervenes, he is reacted to by the paranoia of the leaders who evoke mobbing, still just as the Pharisees did it with the desperate mob under the iron Roam OPTION I rule against Jesus...
The good news is, each still
real human being has
his or her individually different inner
resources
to cope with the
temptations
of the YES-BUT mind set of falling for Under OPTION I people end up with psychologists and worse, psychiatrists and their legal nerve poisoning cocktails in utter ignorance about Option_ii and arrogantly pretending there is a solution under OPTION I to what they call mental illness! This ideology is in fact is ultimately the problem it is pretending to be the solution for. So if you are aware of the fact that you cannot solve a problem with the mentality of OPTION I that led to it, here are your 3 corner stones guiding you to your inner resources to cope with the 3 stumbling blocks. The latter are, in view of your 3 corner stones better considered pointing to your tasks to be fulfilled for your life's fulfillment. That requires YOUR 2.1 YES to that fact that YOU ARE a being with an X-essence that, as YOUR corner stone 1, strives for the fulfillment of your life, depending on who you are on the ethical levels, or the mental spine of §1-L3. That is the onset of your Option_ii! However, often, where the OPTION I world manages to obscure that fact and what its personal relevance#3 to real human being is, social punishment applies, up to the point of human tragedy. So as a warning to drill deeper than OPTION I, the Greek Oedipus myth was dramatized in Antiquity today in the so-called "transhumanism", to pre-trans-trap any Option_ii concept in search of one's X-identity. Thus Oedipus was misled about his identity in favor of a curse, and in trying to reveal it, tragedy struck; first by his own hand to his unknown father, then in marrying his mother, neither party being aware of the other's true identity, and then in uncovering it all, Oedipus blinded himself in shame by his own hand. Thus the corner stone of true identity was turned into a stumbling block for society, leaving the individual fearful impotence in regard to inner §3-integrity in favor of loyalty to society; even at the abyss, say in the trenches of World War I, a step further... 2.2 YES to the v-general value you associate with your corner stone 1 to standing up for your X by valuing it, as the corner stone 2 with your inner v-resource associated with it. When in the Greek myth, Sisyphus did that, valuing his life and tricked Thanatos (death), it caused such an uproar, that Zeus (nowadays the zeitgeist), stepped in because no human was supposed to disable death, and so he punished Sisyphus with the kind of senseless work named after him. In the last century this also happened in such places as concentration camps and Gulags, nowadays by mobbing, by the legal use of the drug Ritalin for restless children, and worse via the illegal drug mafia, and beyond it, in having whole cultures seduced and manipulated to drive themselves into all kinds of migration, wars and starvation... 2.3 YES to the R-(re)solution about what your corner stones 1-2 (X,v) require in view of the [social death zone] through which the paranoid OPTION I world tries to mentally wall people in /divided/ in >masses streaming< towards the mass-attractive zeitgeist. This streaming_i ends as a self-destructive, vicious circle of /schizophrenia/ [paranoia]>manic-depression<, a trap, inhibiting a B2-breakthrough with Option_ii. Only with your R-inner resource for letting go and transcending OPTION I, following your corner stone 3 can you escape the MATRIX of OPTION I before the point of NO return to lifefulfillment. Be aware, the world, traped under OPTION I reacts to, that means pre-trans-traps such resolutions based on your transcending corner stones as it does to crimes! Such is what the Pharisees did in having Jesus crucified as if he were a criminal in a barbaric way predeeding their traped and thus pre-trans- traping cult. At that time, to stand out like Jesus with a resolution, to be the B3-path, the B4-truth and the B5-life in a way that whoever B1-believes in him (as such, also possible for oneself), will have eternal life, was unheard of in a world contained by human tragedies and wasted lives: think of the all the slaves, the vast armies and Roman Arenas, in which human life had no value at all. The real solution for your life, is generally with the genuinely outstanding Christian B3-5 qualities, through using your R-inner resources to transcend OPTION I to mark your corner stone 3, rather than building your life on the OPTION I zeitgeist sand! Only then can you fulfill your B5-life by building in on your personally relevant three corner stones (X,v,R) beyond the reach of OPTION I's subtle temptations and threatening pre-trans-traps, leaving you in the one-way devil's circle schizophrenia > Paranioa > manic depression. However, such a prophetic approach, is persecuted worse than primitive ego-reactions in the OPTION I world because it is seen as preceding its cultivated traps! In fact_i, transcendence is, still perceived by OPTION I system wardens, as if Jesus had never exemplified is, as an even greater threat to their comfort zone than crimes! It challenges their impotence with substance aiming at opening up their traping systems beyond their usurped position power. This last resort to secure ruling by pre-trans-traps, beginning with wordy philosophy. Via killing "prophets" as stumbling blocks, it misleads up to cannibalizing planet Earth, just to comfort the elite! Under their paranoia, the masses march with them beyond the point of NO return to the then unavoidable system collapse. It all begins with psycho-political, denotational, personally-neutral#2 wordy language, which like and idol, conditions people as the exclusive way express themselves. And eventually its representatives, above all philosophers and psychologists, react worse to personal challenges than to criminal acts against people, for that is taken care of of by their legalized systems. The present scribes, like their exemplary predecessors who had Jesus crucified, would rather let their worlds go under (Titanic, German Reich, Fukushima) and collapse, than face personal challenges from real human beings! Prophets, people with real solutions based on their 3 corner stones, are treated far worse than criminals by the OPTION I elite hidden behind stumbling blocks; castles and secured villas. For them, the criminals out there can still be instrumentalized to cement the systems_i, while the "prophets" are beyond the scope of OPTION I minds! Therefore what cannot be for them, does not exist, e.g. can and should be removed from any influence on their web of lies, the MATRIX of mass-attractivity. And the attitude leads to sacrifincing rela people as scapegoats or canon futher, to preserve the OPTION I thinking catastrophes which as such, like philosophy, without substance, lead to human catastrophes. Therefore the language in the thorny world of OPTION I was, and is still more than ever since the Bible was written, once used to set a more appropriate standard than that of heathens and philosophy, is since post-modern times, deconstructed in mass-attractive ways by wordy philosophy. And rather than improving our ways to communicate according to John 14:12 towards mutual understanding, discussions are organized in public "sciences". That nonsense just works, because it is far easier to embellish what is as self-destructive, evil, than to convey that which transcends it as being right - in the eye of God the Creator and the order of nature and life set up by him - by who else before the snake's temptation in paradise to emancipate from him. That has since mislead humans to cultivate OPTION I with its man-made idols and systems_i without substance. Look at the resulting world and how in "progress", it permanently self-destructs itself and those clinging to it like to over 95% losers at the stock exchange and in Internet business to those who control 95% of the wealth. This way, the corner stones are diminished, and also by all the media hypes about stumbling blocks. Thus basics#3 and understanding them have lost their meaning in the mainstream, and therefore even churches which are still the only source of public moral, lose their influence with nothing substantial to replace it. As an example, in awe of European Union, the Swiss intellectuals declared in 1991: "700-year of Switzerland is enough!"; your substance is not even worth mentioning under that kind if spirit_i in their universities which have rather become Temples of the zeitgeist.
